Custom AI application development, $5K–$50K per build. I design, architect, build, deploy and integrate bespoke AI products for your specific workflows. Not vendor implementations. Not SaaS configurations. Working software you own. For PE portfolio companies, I frequently work across multiple portcos on a program basis. Past builds include HR policy engines, VC due diligence platforms, donor CRM systems, AI coaching tools and career operating systems.
$15K/month retainer, typically 3-12 months. I operate as a full member of your leadership team: attending executive meetings, owning the HR function, building systems and hiring the permanent team when you are ready. Engagements include talent strategy, HRIS implementation, compliance, M&A integration, culture building and organizational design. 1:1 coaching engagements typically run 3-6 months with bi-weekly sessions, 60-90 minutes each. Focused on concrete outcomes: career transitions, leadership challenges, AI literacy, portfolio income building or performance acceleration. Neuroscience-informed frameworks plus legal rigor plus real operator experience. Designated Master Coach tier on The Muse. 2,300+ leaders coached since 2013. Not therapy: intensive, results-oriented.
The Portfolio Executive Cohort runs on ForwardShare: 12 weeks, maximum 8 students, live sessions with me personally. Inaugural cohort is $2,500 (subsequent cohorts $4,500).
